Service relationship
We are not Wafid, GAMCA, Gulf Health Council, Tasheer, NAVTTC, an embassy, government authority, medical center or diagnostic laboratory, and use of their names describes the appointment services customers ask us to facilitate.
What BookAppointment.pk does
With the customer's consent, we use the information provided to complete the requested online booking process, process applicable payment on the customer's behalf, and provide the generated token, slip, reference or appointment details.
What remains with the relevant provider
The relevant provider or authority controls its own website, eligibility rules, appointment availability, center allocation, examination process, medical result, visa decision, fees and service changes.
Current information
We maintain practical service information for customers, but provider requirements and availability can change. Where a current official source is available, customers may also verify the latest provider information directly.
