Terms for using our booking facilitation service
By asking BookAppointment.pk to process a booking, the customer authorizes us to use the details they provide to complete the requested online appointment process and applicable payment on their behalf.
Customer authorization
You authorize BookAppointment.pk to enter the booking information you provide, submit it to the relevant appointment provider, process the applicable payment requested for that booking, and provide the resulting token, slip, reference or appointment details to you.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for providing accurate passport, identity, contact, destination, visa-category and other booking information. Please review the information before submission. Corrections after a booking has been processed may be limited by the relevant provider.
Our service fee and other charges
The amount charged by BookAppointment.pk for the selected service is shown before payment. Our standard Wafid / GAMCA booking assistance is currently PKR 4,000 unless another service or price is clearly displayed. Medical-center fees, vaccination charges, bank charges and other third-party costs may be separate depending on the service.
Appointment and provider decisions
Appointment availability, medical-center allocation, examination procedures, medical results, visa decisions and other provider-controlled outcomes are determined by the relevant provider or authority. BookAppointment.pk facilitates the booking process but does not make those decisions.
Payment and confirmation
A booking is processed after the required information and payment have been received and verified. Keep the reference, token, slip and payment receipt supplied for your request.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Refund / Cancellation Policy. Amounts already paid to a third party on the customer's behalf may be non-recoverable depending on that provider's rules.
Privacy
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
