GAMCA medical appointment: quick answer

GAMCA is the older name still used in Pakistan for the GCC medical process now provided through Wafid. Applicants travelling for work or residence in a participating GCC country use the appointment to register for examination at an approved medical center.

Use the correct page

Use this guide before making a new booking. Do not create another appointment only because you cannot find an existing slip.

• Need a new appointment: use the Book GAMCA Token page.
• Already paid or booked: retrieve the existing Wafid slip.
• Already completed the examination: use the medical-status or medical-report guide.

Information to prepare

Keep the passport beside you and use the applicant’s real, current details.

• Country and city where the examination will take place.
• GCC country the applicant is travelling to.
• First and last name, date of birth, nationality, gender and marital status.
• Passport number, issue place, issue date and expiry date.
• Visa type, email address and working telephone number.
• National ID or job/position details when the official form asks for them.

Standard and Premium appointments

The current official Wafid booking form shows two appointment types. Prices and availability must be rechecked in the live form before payment.

• Standard appointment: USD 10; scheduled according to availability without extra customization.
• Premium appointment: USD 25; the official form currently allows selection of a preferred medical center and appointment date, subject to availability.

Booking steps

The exact screen order can change, but the official journey is straightforward.

• Choose examination country, city and travelling country.
• Choose the appointment type shown as available.
• Enter and confirm the applicant information.
• Complete email OTP verification where requested.
• Review every field before confirming that the information is accurate.
• Complete payment and wait for the medical examination slip.

Check before payment

A wrong passport number, nationality, date, city or destination can delay the process. Compare the review screen with the passport character by character, confirm the correct email and phone, and take a screenshot of the amount and booking type shown before paying.

After booking

Save the generated slip as soon as it appears.

• Verify the applicant name, passport number, nationality and GCC destination.
• Note the GCC slip number and merchant/payment reference.
• Check the assigned or selected medical center and its address.
• Check the validity date printed on the slip.
• Carry the original passport and requested documents and visit promptly.

Paid but no slip received

Do not make repeated payments immediately. First try the official slip-retrieval service with the same passport and nationality. If the booking is still missing, contact Wafid or the booking support used and provide the applicant identity, payment time, receipt or bank record and the error screenshot through a secure channel.
