Wafid / GAMCA Frequently Asked Questions

GAMCA is the older name commonly used in Pakistan for the medical appointment process now handled through Wafid. Applicants use the appointment or token / slip to attend the applicable medical center for their GCC medical examination.

The total payment for the standard Wafid / GAMCA appointment service is PKR 4,000. Medical-center examination charges and any other third-party charges are separate where applicable.

Open the Book GAMCA Token page, submit the required passport and appointment details, complete the payment process, and your appointment request will be processed. After completion, the token / slip details are provided to you.

Prepare the applicant name, passport number and expiry details, nationality, date of birth, GCC destination, visa type, preferred examination city, contact number and other details requested on the booking form. The information should match the passport.

The token / slip is the appointment document generated for the medical examination process. It contains the applicant and appointment information used for the medical-center visit.

Take the original passport, your printed or digital appointment slip, and any additional documents or photographs requested by the medical center. Confirm the latest center instructions before visiting.

After the medical examination, use the Wafid medical-status service with the requested passport, nationality or slip information. The medical center submits the examination result through the Wafid system.

Contact support as soon as you notice the error. Do not edit the appointment slip yourself. The correction route depends on the booking status and the information that needs to be changed.

Appointment requests are processed as quickly as possible after complete applicant information and payment are received. Actual timing can depend on the booking system and availability.
