THIS PAGE HAS ONE PURPOSE
Medical report
Understand and verify the report after the examination; use Status for a quick result check.
At a glance
Obtain the detailed medical report from the approved centre that examined you. A downloaded online status result is not necessarily the full report requested for your visa or employment process.
- Contact your examining centre with your passport, slip number and receipt.
- Ask for the detailed candidate medical report and confirm the collection method.
- Check the identity, centre and date details before using the report.
- Use the Medical Status page separately to check the recorded online fitness outcome.
VERIFIED PRACTICAL GUIDE
What is a detailed Wafid medical report?
A detailed medical report is the examination document obtained from the approved medical centre where you were examined. It contains the applicant details, examination findings, laboratory results and the recorded fitness outcome. It is different from the appointment slip and from a quick online status result.
Online status is not the same as the detailed report
The online status service lets you check the recorded outcome, such as Fit or Unfit. Saving or printing that status does not necessarily provide the full examination document. If your visa process, employer or agent asks for the detailed medical report, obtain it from your examining centre and confirm exactly which document is required.
How to obtain your medical report
Contact the same approved medical centre that performed your examination.
- Keep your passport, GCC slip number and centre receipt ready for identity verification.
- Ask specifically for the detailed candidate medical report, not just a printout of online status.
- Confirm when it is available and whether the centre provides a printed copy or its own electronic copy.
- Follow the centre’s collection and identity requirements, then keep the issued document safely.
What the detailed report can contain
The layout can differ; the sample supplied for this guide illustrates these sections.
- Candidate identity, photograph and passport details.
- Medical-centre name, examination date and report expiry information.
- General examination, vision, hearing and system examination findings.
- Laboratory investigations, chest X-ray findings and vaccination information.
- Fitness remarks and the issuing clinician or centre authentication details.
Check your report before using it
Compare the identity details with your passport and check that the issuing centre and dates are correct. Ask the centre to explain any unclear finding. If the detailed report and online status disagree, contact the issuing centre to investigate; do not edit either document yourself.
If you have not received the report
Contact your examining centre with the receipt and examination reference. Ask whether the report is ready or if any repeat test or review remains outstanding. BookAppointment.pk cannot issue the centre’s medical report or change the fitness outcome.
Keep medical information private
The detailed report contains health and identity information. Share it only with the verified person or organisation that needs it for your application. Keep a secure copy rather than posting the report in a public group.
