Wafid Medical Status Check by Passport Number

Use the medical-status check only after the applicant has attended the examination. It tells you whether a result is available in the Wafid system; it is not the page for retrieving the original appointment slip.

Two official ways to search

The Wafid candidate-status service accepts the identity route or the reference route shown by its form.

• Passport number plus applicant nationality.
• GCC slip number, when that option is shown.

Check by passport number

Enter the passport number without adding spaces or characters that were not used in the booking, then choose the same nationality. If the passport was renewed after booking, first try the number printed on the examination slip.

Check by GCC slip number

The GCC slip number is printed on the Wafid medical examination appointment slip. It is different from a merchant/payment reference. Copy the number carefully and do not use a cropped social-media screenshot as the only record.

How to read the result

Treat the status displayed by the official Wafid service as the current online record. A Fit or Unfit outcome is a medical-process result, while an unavailable record can mean the details are wrong or the center has not yet submitted or updated the record. Only the medical center and responsible authorities can explain or change a medical decision.

The status page answers whether the result is available and what outcome the system shows. The medical-report guide explains the fuller record, identity fields, examination information and dates. The appointment slip is a third, separate document used before the examination.

If no result appears

Do these checks before creating another appointment.

• Match the passport number and nationality to the slip.
• Try the GCC slip number instead of the passport route.
• Confirm that the examination was completed at the center on the slip.
• Allow the center time to submit or correct the record.
• Contact the examining center with the slip and visit date if the expected result remains unavailable.

Protect the applicant record

A status search does not require an OTP, password, bank PIN or card CVV. Use the official Wafid service or a trusted assistance channel, and avoid posting a full passport or slip publicly.
