What the two services price
Tasheer publishes one charge per line and two ways of buying the appointment. A Normal appointment carries the visa, application or medical charge, the Tasheer service fee and the sales tax on that service fee. A Lounge appointment carries all of it and adds the Lounge Service Fee with its own sales tax, so the difference between the two totals is that fee and its tax and nothing else.
What the totals do not include
The schedule covers the Tasheer side of the application. An examination or vaccination charge where a category requires one, an attestation, travel to the centre and any service the applicant buys elsewhere are separate unless a checkout or a written confirmation says otherwise. The insurance collected with the visa platform fee also varies with the applicant, and Tasheer says the final cost appears only after submission.
Before paying
Check the visa category first, because it decides which lines apply, and check which centre the booking offers, because the fee is collected there. Confirm the total on the review screen of the official booking flow, pay only by the methods Tasheer lists, keep the official receipt, and never send money to an unverified personal account.

Tasheer fee schedule for Pakistan
These are the charges the official Tasheer fee page publishes for a Saudi visa application submitted in Pakistan, shown for the two appointment services an applicant chooses between — Normal and Lounge. Figures are in PKR. The Work Normal office charge of Rs. 1,530 follows BookAppointment.pk current booking guidance; other line items retain the published reference schedule. Confirm the payable amount with Tasheer. Reference checked October 2026. A fee can be revised with the exchange rate or with a communication from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and a revised amount is collected at the centre on the appointment date, so the total shown in the official booking flow is the amount payable on the day.

What the Lounge total adds
The two cards in each category price the same application under two services rather than two visa types. The Normal card carries the visa, application or medical charge, the Tasheer service fee and the sales tax on that service fee. The Lounge card carries all of it and then adds the Lounge Service Fee with its own sales tax. The premium is therefore a fixed amount per category rather than a percentage, and it is the same on a Family Visit and a Resident application:
- Family Visit visa: PKR 12,546.50 more than the Normal total.
- Resident (Iqama) visa: PKR 12,546.50 more than the Normal total.
- Work visa: PKR 3,334.50 more than the Normal total.
Work Normal uses the current Rs. 1,530 office-charge guidance supplied by BookAppointment.pk. Its Lounge card retains the reference service and tax breakdown. Confirm the selected service and current total with Tasheer.
Miscellaneous charges
The official fee page also prices the optional services a centre can provide. None of them is required to submit an application, and each is charged only when the applicant asks for it at the centre. The sales tax shown is the tax on that service, so these amounts are alternatives rather than parts of one total.
An applicant who needs none of them pays none of them, and a charge already taken for an optional service is not refunded. Ask at the centre before the service is provided if the amount matters, because the centre applies the published rate.
Mode of payment
The official Tasheer fee page lists two ways of paying at the centre. Neither is an online transfer to a personal account, and an amount paid outside them is not a Tasheer payment.

Carry the fee in the form the centre accepts and keep the official receipt. Any BookAppointment.pk assistance charge for preparing a request is separate, is shown in the request form on this site before it is submitted, and is never collected as a Tasheer fee.
Official Tasheer disclaimer
Tasheer publishes the following notice with its fee schedule. It is reproduced below in Tasheer’s own wording, unedited.
- Tasheer is not responsible for the turnaround time of your Visa Application from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Mission / Consulate.
- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Mission / Consulate will approve / reject your visa Application at their sole discretion and Tasheer will not be liable or responsible in the assessment or decision making of the visa application.
- Your Visa Application processing time at the KSA Mission/ Consulate takes the same amount of time and has no relationship with your choice of Normal or Lounge.
- Duration of Visa (number of days) and the number of entries (Single / Multiple entry) is at the discretion of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Mission / Consulate.
- All other services (other than the visa related fee and the Service fee described above) acquired by an applicant are optional, none of which are mandatory to obtain a visa to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- A Service fee is levied on each visa application submitted at the Tasheer Visa Service Centre. This is a non- refundable fee and will be levied even on applicants who are exempted from paying the Visa or Visa Platform Fees.
- Fee levied for optional services availed is non-refundable.
- Visa Fees, Visa Platform IT Fees & Medical Fees are collected on behalf of Saudi MoFA.
- Fees are subject to change as per exchange rate and the communication received by Tasheer from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If there is a change in fees at the date of appointment, the current (updated) fees will be collected at the center.
- Pursuant to a communication from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it is now mandatory for visa applicants, applying for travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the purpose of visit, extension or transit as well as their companions, to obtain a valid insurance certificate from insurance companies accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (MoFA). The said insurance policy will cover medical conditions, emergencies (ambulatory) and medical evacuation within Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will be brought through Visa Platform(MoFA Portal) and payment made to MoFA account through E-wallet.
- The money against the insurance policy is being collected with Visa Platform Fees, as a part of the visa issuance process for the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in accordance with the direction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (MoFA). Tasheer is only facilitating the visa application process and is not associated directly or indirectly with the insurance companies and has no role whatsoever in the distribution and/or intermediation of insurance, which is the sole prerogative of MoFA and is being managed by MoFA directly.
- Tasheer shall not be considered as an Insurance agent, broker, ancillary, tied/non-tied insurance intermediary, or any other insurance intermediary.
- In case of visa rejection or application withdrawal, only visa fees and insurance fee (wherever applicable) are refunded.
- The fee will be refunded by Tasheer VSCs only once the same is received from the Embassy/Consulate of Saudi Arabia/Insurance companies where the application was lodged.
- No Visa fee refund is applicable for Residence Visa Applications.
