- A clear copy of your passport’s personal-details page.
Documents for the medical centre visit
Take these documents with you on the day of your medical examination:
- Original passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining.
- Original national identity card (CNIC).
- Printed GAMCA / Wafid appointment slip.
Check before travelling
Make sure the name and passport number on your appointment slip match your original passport. Visit the medical centre shown on the slip and follow any instructions issued directly by that centre.
