Which number should I enter?
Use either of the two alternatives shown on the form: appointment reference or passport number. If you cannot find the reference, use the passport number associated with that booking. Enter the date of birth of the same applicant, not the person who made the booking.
If the appointment slip does not appear
Check the details before trying again.
- Compare the passport number and date of birth with the original booking. Avoid extra spaces or confusing a letter with a digit.
- Make sure the human-verification check has completed. If it expires, repeat it on the official page.
- If the details are correct but the record still cannot be retrieved, contact the booking assistance team or Tasheer with the existing reference. Do not create a duplicate booking just to reprint a letter.
Appointment reprint or application tracking?
Reprint Appointment shows your appointment letter. After a Family Visit document submission, application or passport progress is a separate task: use Track Status on the official Tasheer website and the reference requested there. A reprinted appointment letter does not mean that a visa has been approved or a passport is ready.
Family Visit: after submission
Keep the submission receipt and payment receipt. Tasheer forwards the accepted application to the Saudi Embassy / Mission handling the visa. Use the official application status and any selected SMS updates for progress; follow the centre’s collection instructions or the courier arrangements recorded at submission.
