What applicants call a token
GAMCA is the older name widely used in Pakistan for today’s Wafid programme. “GAMCA token” usually means the Wafid medical examination slip and its GCC reference number.
Information needed for retrieval
Use the same details supplied at booking.
- Passport number exactly as entered in the appointment.
- Applicant nationality selected during booking.
- GCC slip number or booking reference, if already available.
How to retrieve the official slip
Open Wafid’s official appointment-slip service, enter the requested applicant information exactly, run the search, then download or print a clear copy of the returned slip.
Details to verify
Read the complete slip rather than checking only the applicant name.
- Name, passport number, nationality and date of birth.
- Country travelling to and appointment type.
- Payment status and GCC slip number.
- Medical-center name, address and contact details.
- Generated date and the “valid only till” date printed on the slip.
If the slip is not found
Recheck spelling, nationality and passport characters, including zeroes and letters. If a completed booking still does not appear, contact the responsible booking support or Wafid using the payment and appointment references.
If applicant information is wrong
Do not edit a screenshot or printed copy. Wafid instructs the applicant to contact the medical center and ask it to submit a “Change candidate details” or “Change medical exam request.” Ask for the request number and submission date. The official FAQ says this change request is free.
If payment succeeded but no slip appears
Search for the slip before paying again. If it is not generated, keep the payment time, applicant name, nationality, passport number, email, error screenshot and transaction evidence ready for official support. Mask unnecessary card information whenever possible and never send an OTP, PIN or CVV.
Before visiting the center
Confirm the address and current instructions, then carry the original passport, printed slip and any additional documents requested by the assigned medical center.
Slip versus medical report
The appointment slip confirms registration and center allocation. The medical report becomes available only after the examination and submission of results; use the separate medical-status page to check it.
Protect the reference
Use passport information only on the official Wafid website or your chosen trusted assistance channel. Never share an OTP, password, banking PIN or full card details.
