In Pakistan, applicants commonly use the phrase GAMCA Special Token when they want help requesting a preferred Wafid / GAMCA medical center instead of using the normal appointment-assistance route. BookAppointment.pk provides this option as our own Premium Assistance service.
We process a preferred medical-center request for the applicant where the available booking option permits it. Medical-center selection remains subject to availability.
What does “GAMCA Special Token” mean?
“GAMCA Special Token” is a common customer term in Pakistan. On BookAppointment.pk, it refers to our Premium Assistance service for applicants who want us to try to process their appointment with a preferred medical center. It is separate from our standard appointment-assistance service.
Standard Assistance vs Premium Assistance
For customers who want us to process the normal Wafid / GAMCA appointment and provide the generated token or slip.
For customers who want us to process a preferred medical-center request where that option is available.
Medical-center examination charges and other third-party charges are separate where applicable.
Who should use Premium Assistance?
Premium Assistance can be useful when an applicant has a practical reason for preferring a particular medical center, for example location, travel convenience or a previous plan to attend that center. A request is not a guarantee: the center must be available in the applicable booking flow at the time we process the appointment.
What information should you send?
- Clear passport details matching the applicant exactly.
- The Pakistan city where the medical examination is required.
- The GCC destination and other booking information requested on the form.
- The preferred medical-center name if you are requesting Premium Assistance.
- A working mobile / WhatsApp number so we can contact you if a detail needs confirmation.
Before requesting a particular medical center
Check our medical-center directory for city and center information, but remember that listings and availability can change. The appointment token or slip generated for the applicant is the main reference for the final booked center.
How to request the service
Use the GAMCA token booking page and provide accurate applicant information. If you want Premium Assistance, clearly tell our support team the medical center you prefer before the booking is processed.
